My ALS Challenge
I decided to do this challenge because it is a great way to show awareness to this deadly disease and raise money for research.
And also most of all because my Grandfather died from this disease. ALS if you don't know stands for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, sometimes called Lou Gehrigs disease. It is a disease that attacks the nerves in your brain and spinal cord, eventually leaving you paralyzed.
So if you are able to donate even a $5 or $20 to this cause please do and try and get your friends in on it make it a group thing!
