This is a lovely dress on Gaga, but the scarf could have been left home.

Whenever you wear a scarf it ages you, you usually see women in their 50s or 60s wear scarfs to cover the "oldness" in their neck. I think if Gaga wanted a cape/train then, she could have had it sewn in to the bottom of her dress.
