iHeart

The iHeart Radio Music Festival has been going on for a few years I think 

(I could be wrong) but this is I think the first or second year of the iHeart Radio Music Awards (again I could be wrong, lol) but the Awards show was actually pretty good. It was different and a bit refreshing.

I love that the "iHeart Awards" included people that aren't so big named, you know? They included people who you wouldn't normally see perform on stage quite yet, like Bastille and Ariana Grande. I like that they even had a category for EDM artists

(FYI i love EDM!)

Another great addition was celebrities telling their LA Story, it was pretty cool. Including Jared Levo performance which included 

video of LA street performers and celebrities 

also sharing their LA Stories.

My SXSW Adventure

So as many of you know that follows the site I decided to go to SXSW this year. Now if anyone don't know what SXSW is, its a Music, Indie Film and Technology Festival that is held in Austin, Texas every year. 
Hotels are sold out months before, there is crazy parking and the city is PACKED! But on the plus side, you meet great new weirdos, eat different types of food, attend amazing concerts and make awesome everlasting memories.

I made a video just for you guys..I mean really I made it because I

thought that you guys may want to see a snippet of my 1st night

at SXSW and give you a vibe of this festival if you have never been.

Right after "The Strypes" performed were "The 1975" and OMGeez! 
I flipping love this band! Especially Matty and George facial expressions when the perform. When The 1975 perform they sound exactly like they do on the radio #Perfecto

I was excited and a tad bit upset to hear that my brother had a conversation with Matty.

And here is the Conversation:

Matty: *leans on wall* "This is a great band huh?"
Brother: "Oh, yea they are pretty good."
Random Chic: "Oh My Gosh! are you Matty? 
               Can we take a picture?"
Me after hearing this convo: *-____- *
"Who is this chic so I can slap her."

It was a band & show that used to come on Nick, last year.
Well now he is 1/2 of a band called Heffron Drive along with Dustin Belt.
